My design inspiration starts by getting to know my clients and creating a wish list, then tapping into my 25+ years of design experience to create a living space that checks as many boxes as possible for them.

Every client is different; therefore, every design should be tailored specifically to meet the needs of that client.
- What’s the most common mistake you see homeowners make when planning a new pool?
Many homeowners do not consider how the sun moves in the sky throughout the day and especially as the seasons change. This greatly affects placement of design elements such as shade structures, media walls and baja shelfs.
- How do you approach a design for a difficult or unusually shaped backyard?
I embrace unusual backyards because they require more imagination and creativity to overcome the challenges they present. They offer an opportunity to create a very unique space for their owner.
