ADVICE ON SWIMMING FOR MOVING MEDITATION

Our in-house fitness guru, Bridget Letizia, recently wrote a great article on Pick the Brain about how you can use swimming for moving meditation. For yogis and meditators, your backyard can be great place to diversify your practice.
