Presidential Pools, Spas & Patio, the largest pool builder in the nation, is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-centric Lead Manager to quarterback our sales funnel. This role will involve collecting inbound leads from multiple sources, and then sorting, assigning, and tracking them until they become satisfied customers. The right Lead Manager will be critical to the company's continued growth.
A qualified candidate will be an organized self-starter and a strong communicator. You must be confident and comfortable in gathering information from many busy people within the organization, as well as reaching out to leads directly via phone and email to collect information. You must be ready to work with a CRM/project management system, build quantitative lead and customer profile reports, and analyze market permit data to assess sales conversion performance. Above all, you must be solutions-oriented, resourceful, and relentless about optimizing the company's lead-to-sales conversion.
