Lifetime Structural Warranty

Presidential Pools warrants, to the original purchaser, that the pool shell will remain structurally sound for as long as you own your pool. Structurally sound is defined as maintaining the structural integrity of the concrete pool shell so as to withstand all required loads without cracking or causing water loss. Should the shell be determined not to be structurally sound, Presidential Pools will, as no cost to the original purchaser, repair the pool shell to restore its structural integrity and water holding capacity.

3 Year Buyer’s Complete Protection Warranty

Presidential Pools warrants to the original purchaser, that all pool equipment and all installations including but not limited to concrete decking, acrylic work, tile* , masonry, wrought iron fence, pool finish, rock work, plumbing, electrical gas, which were installed by Presidential Pools will repair or replace any equipment or installations at no cost to the original purchaser during the first 2 years, after the first 2 years a deductible shall apply, the current deductible is $85.00.

General Conditions

Warranty coverage starts from the original date of completion, such date is determined by when the pool was initially full of water and mechanically started up Presidential Pools. Presidential Pools Premium Warranty is not transferable to subsequent owners of the property where the pool was built. The standard warranty period of 2 years from the original date of completion shall apply to subsequent owners of the property if any.

Warranty coverage shall not be offered if it is determined that the cause of the failure of any product is due to neglect or lack of required maintenance of the pool by the purchaser. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to maintain their pool, filter elements, proper water level and maintain proper water chemistry per Presidential Pools Maintenance Manual. Presidential Pools does not warrant any equipment or materials provided or installed of such equipment or materials provided or installed by the purchaser or purchaser’s agent and shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting by the use or installation of such equipment or materials.

Presidential Pools does not warrant damage to the pool or pool equipment and other pool installations if such damage is due to Acts of God, war, civil unrest, riot or acts or Nature.

Due to expansive soil conditions that exist throughout the state, Presidential Pools warranty requires that irrigation lines, grass and plants be kept at least 2’ from the wedge of any pool decking. Presidential Pools is not responsible to match colors or brands, if products are no longer available. Should this be the case Presidential Pools will make every effort to match original equipment or colors as close as possible, however warranty parts and colors are at the discretion of Presidential Pools.
