IT’S TIME TO SHARE THAT MOMENT THAT MAKES YOU LOVE YOUR POOL. 

Why do you love spending time in or around your backyard pool? We want you to share your favorite pool moment!

Whether you like listening to the sound of your waterfall, watching the sunset reflect against the water, or hosting a family splashing contest, we want to see your favorite pool moment!

To enter, post a picture and/or video to Presidential Pools, Spas & Patio’s Facebook page between June 1st and 18th, 2016. 

Presidential Pools, Spas & Patio will select 5 pool moments as the winners from all the submissions. Those 5 winners will each receive a floating pool umbrella! 

Then, those 5 winners’ pool moments will be voted on by the Facebook community to select a Grand Prize winner. The Grand Prize winner will receive a North Shore patio set, including a sofa, love seat, and cocktail table!

OFFICIAL RULES

1. No Purchase Necessary.  

Contest is open to the members of the Facebook community. Employees, directors, and/or officers (including immediate family members or members of the household) of Presidential Pools, Spas & Patio, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and distributors, and all other companies or entities associated with the Contest are not eligible to participate. Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these Official Rules which shall be final in all respects.

2. How to Enter. 

Entries must be submitted by posting an image and/or video to the Presidential Pools & Spas Facebook page. All entries, once submitted, become the property of Presidential Pools, Spas & Patio and shall not be returned. Any incomplete entries will not be eligible. Up to 5 entries are allowed per person. 

3. Winning. 

Presidential Pools, Spas & Patio shall select 5 initial winning images/videos at its sole discretion. Winners will be notified via e-mail and Facebook. The Grand Prize winner will be selected based on Likes received in the subsequent Grand Prize Contest. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 

Winners will be notified via Facebook message. Prizes must be picked up from Presidential Pools, Spas & Patio’s corporate office in Gilbert, Arizona. No mail or home delivery of prizes will be made. 

4. Acceptable Content.

Entries must be in the form of an image and/or video file posted to Presidential Pools, Spas & Patio’s Facebook page. Accompanying captions are acceptable. The person posting the content as an entry must have the right to post that content. If the content violates Facebook’s terms of use or is otherwise considered inappropriate for family consumption by Presidential Pools, Spas & Patio, at its sole discretion, it will be considered ineligible and deleted from the Facebook page. Up to 5 entries are allowed per person. 

5. Conditions. 

Prizes are non-transferable. No cash redemption or substitution will be allowed. If the prize is unavailable, Presidential Pools, Spas & Patio reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Presidential Pools, Spas & Patio also reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest or these Official Contest Rules if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond the company’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of this Contest, as determined by Presidential Pools, Spas & Patio, in its sole discretion. By participating, where allowable by law, entrant grants to Presidential Pools, Spas & Patio the worldwide right to publish, broadcast and use in any media, including the World Wide Web, participant’s entry, name, picture, and likeness, without limitation, for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation. 

6. Qualifications.

All entrants must be 18 years of age or older and residents of the state of Arizona. Up to 5 entries are allowed per person.

This contest has been created Presidential Pools, Spas & Patio and is using the Facebook platform to connect with its community. The contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
